GreenPeak is now part of Qorvo
April 18 2016, GreenPeak Technologies was acquired by Qorvo, a leading provider of core technologies and RF solutions for mobile, infrastructure and defense applications.
The acquisition of GreenPeak allows Qorvo to expand its customer offering to include highly integrated RF solutions and systems-on-a-chip (SoCs) for the connected home and the rapidly growing Internet of Things (IoT).
GreenPeak was formed through the merger of Xanadu Wireless and Ubiwave in July 2007. GreenPeak is privately owned, backed by venture capitalists and funded by Gimv (Belgium), DFJ Esprit (UK) and Robert Bosh Venture Capital (Germany).
